Engage.

BFED will serve as a networking and professional support organization for Black Female Executives. We will serve as a resource for leadership development and peer learning through intentional interactions uniquely tailored to the needs of Black women in leadership.

Support.

Black Female Executives are facing race, gender, and sometimes age, bias internally and externally. We feel isolated and need a vehicle to freely express our feelings and to receive the specialized support that would allow us to cope and continue to grow as leaders.

Advocacy.

Long-term strategy is the promotion of policies and commitments that advance the work and promotion of African-American women in Leadership.
